How does Pinot Noir 2007 taste?

A cool year throughout the growing season, but tempered by a long "Indian summer" that allowed extended hang time for the grapes and allowed for perfect ripening. When youthful, the 2007 Pinot was succulent and fragrant, with dark plum characters and complex notes of sandalwood.
