The 2016 growing season was one of the driest that the Marlborough region has experienced since the wine industry was established. However low yields and excellent ripening condition led to some great wines. Appealingly aromatic, with notes of doris plum, florals and store cupboard spices, underpinned by silky tannins and juicy acidity
