How does Chardonnay 2012 taste?

A low yielding year with a very cool summer led to long hang time for the grapes to ripen fully. The resulting Chardonnay was refined and focused, with notes of stone fruit, white chcooate and subtle flinty aromatics. Long and lingering, an excellent food wine.
