Food lovers, rejoice: we are pleased to welcome Toby Stuart as our new executive chef at Jack’s Raw Bar.
Toby brings his skills and over 25 years of experience in England, France and New Zealand. After a stint at Rock Ferry Wines, Toby’s most recent venture was re-launching Blenheim’s Harvest Restaurant to much acclaim.
Now, Toby is on board to steer and steward our completely refurbished Jack’s Raw Bar by showcasing the very best of fresh, local and seasonal produce. He will also be designing and hosting epicurean dinners at the Shack, guiding guests through the Cloudy Bay story with harmonious menus of food and wine.
