An ardent wine aficionado as well as a chef, a he comes to us with a wealth of experience in both winery restaurants and fine dining venues. Harry is in charge of bringing together our vision for the Shed: celebrating Cloudy Bay wines with locally sourced seasonal food.
Harry has worked with our customer service manager Meg to create a bespoke lunch menu. These sharing dishes are designed to pair with specific Cloudy Bay wines, giving the opportunity to taste a selection of dishes and wines in one sitting.
By working closely with local and boutique suppliers, Harry aims to serve up the region’s best and freshest produce in each and every dish. He is a one-man-band in the kitchen, and bookings are recommended. See below for the Shed’s dining and cellar door hours.
