Pelorus Vintage 2012

DescriptionDetails
Vibrant and well-toned, Pelorus 2012 is laden with rich custard, bright citrus and toasty brioche. The nose is vibrant, with lemon curd-like citrus notes, wildflowers and pasties de nata. The taut and toned palate has mellowed with age, but keeps its bright, mouth-watering acidity. Citrus, crunchy red apples and toasted almonds come wrapped in notes of toasted, warm brioche.
