Te Wāhi means ‘the place’ in te reo Māori, reflecting both the importance of terroir and the sense of finding our second home. It is a powerful wine with an opulent core of dark berry fruit and structured tannins. Over time, warm spices and notes of forest floor flourish and provide complexity.

How does Te Wāhi 2011 taste?

A graceful wine produced from grapes harvested from three select sites in Bannockburn, Bendigo and Lowburn. Perfumed and plush, it offers sour cherry flavours wrapped in leather, smoke and bitter sweet chocolate. A beguiling sophisticated wine to accompany lean wild game.
