Food lovers, rejoice: we are pleased to welcome Toby Stuart as our new executive chef at Jack’s Raw Bar.
Toby brings his skills and over 25 years of experience in England, France and New Zealand. After a stint at Rock Ferry Wines, Toby’s most recent venture was re-launching Blenheim’s Harvest Restaurant to much acclaim.
Now, Toby is on board to steer and steward our completely refurbished Jack’s Raw Bar by showcasing the very best of fresh, local and seasonal produce. He will also be designing and hosting epicurean dinners at the Shack, guiding guests through the Cloudy Bay story with harmonious menus of food and wine. Further south, we are pleased to say that we have confirmed Harry Bonning-Snook as permanent chef at The Shed. Since November of 2021, Harry has been in charge of bringing together our vision for the Shed: celebrating Cloudy Bay wines with food that showcases Central Otago’s breathtaking bounty.
