How does Te Koko 2012 taste?

A low yielding year with a very cool summer led to long hang time for the grapes to ripen fully. The 2012 Te Koko was redolent with notes of lemon curd and dried apricot, melded with subtle oak characters and followed by a long and persistent finish.
