How does Sauvignon Blanc 2015 taste?

A low yielding year, with a hot and dry summer, leading to the earliest harvest since 2006. The resultant wine has subtle tropical notes, and ripe grapefruit, as well as complex notes of lemongrass and saline. A long finish suggests a wine that will age well.
