How does Te Koko 2007 taste?

A cool year throughout the growing season, but tempered by a long "Indian summer" that allowed extended hang time for the grapes and allowed for perfect ripening. The 2007 Te Koko was fragrant with lemon thyme on release, with notes of stone fruit, white flowers and nutty savoury characters.
