What is your favourite thing about hosting?
To be able to provide my guests with the overall experience and feeling that I would like to receive. I love to make my guests feel welcome, comfortable and in sync with the set up I prepare for them.
What special touch do you add to a dining experience, when entertaining friends - be it flowers, or adding personalization in some way?
I love adding cut flowers from my garden. I always try to bring a piece of my garden, through food and flowers when hosting and entertaining friends. Growing your own food and flowers is a labor of love, and it brings me a lot of joy to use them when entertaining.
What is your favourite meal to serve with Cloudy Bay wines?
For a summer meal, I love pairing Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc with Andalusion Salmorejo, fresh zucchini roll ups and garlic infused mediterranean clams. It is a modern take on typical food from my childhood, that I am able to replicate with ingredients grown in my garden.

What are three "must haves" to help bring a long summer lunch to life in the most amazing way?
Good company, fresh food and a refreshing wine.
What would you never NOT have on a table when entertaining?
A fresh bouquet of homegrown flowers is always a must.
What is one trick that anyone can do at home, to elevate their table/lunch/hosting skills?
Bring your table to life with elements from nature, using readily available seasonal flowers.
